The fees are as follows:

Payment is due when services are rendered. A receipt will be issued that you can use to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.

Dr. Cyriacks works for his patients… not the insurance companies.  We feel strongly that insurance companies have their best interest in mind when it comes to your health care.  Our office subscribes to the old fashioned idea that a Doctor-Patient relationship should be between a doctor and his patient.  Dr. Cyriacks’ recommendations are based upon each individual’s specific need and what over three decades of experience has taught him is the appropriate treatment plan, not by what the insurance company’s contracts or third party management recommend.  In addition to affordable fees, if your case requires a significant amount of care the office has payment plans, and pre-payment discounts available that can be discussed with our staff.

Please note that if you are currently suffering from financial hardship we ask that you let us know.  Care for you will be made available somehow.  We will never let the inability to afford treatment ever stand in the way of healing; you,and the people who love you, are too important.
